PAYMENT
- The prices you see are what you will pay, plus delivery (see below).
- All payment transactions are dealt via Paypal which accepts most credit cards.
- Prices can change, but prices at the time of order would not be affected.
DELIVERY
I aim to dispatch the product(s) to you as soon as possible but allow 2-5 working days for delivery. A £3.50 flat rate charge will be added to your order. Orders are sent recorded delivery, so will require a signature.
Sorry, I can only deliver to UK addresses.
FAULTY GOODS
Products do not come with a guarantee, but I ask that you inspect the products as soon as you receive them. If damaged or faulty, email me immediately and I will happily send a replacement or refund you.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you wish to cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days in the original packaging. You are responsible for the postage at this point.
Refunds will be issued within 30 working days of the purchase date.

All your personal information is kept on a secure server and it is not shared with anyone else. If you have provided an email address, this maybe used for the sole purpose of communicating with you about your order/account, and occasionally to inform you of special offers, news and discounts from mexicansilver.co.uk only.
PRODUCT CARE
To keep your jewellery in good condition, I advise you to use a silver jewellery cloth to polish it from time to time.
